So far summer had been great for vines and growers! Beginning of July had been very warm and it helped vines recover from our rather cold spring. The vineyard is very healthy, grapes are not very big and berries are rather small due to a chaotic flowering. This is not at all affecting quality, in fact we enjoy small berries, it means there will be a good concentration. Since a couple of days we are having some rain and it keeps us careful, as diseases love dampness… In the cellar 09 are showing very well and we are planning to rack them before the end of August.
